View logsheet data

Activity Steps

  1. Open the required Data Entry Logsheet screen.
  2. Select the date or time period using the Year, Month and Day fields.
  3. Select the Shift if required.

Note: Use the arrow buttons to select the previous or next period. Date selector previous period button Date selector next period button

  4. Click Submit.

The logsheet data for the selected shift or time period displays.

The data entry logsheet interface generally includes:

    • Sections—Display on the far left. When a logsheet has multiple sections, they display as a vertical list. Logsheet sections group the data fields for particular processes, circuits, or equipment; for example, feeds, grinding, concentrators, tanks. The first section in the list is selected by default when the screen loads.
    • Subsections—Display to the right of the sections. Some sections have multiple sub-sections. Subsections group the data fields within processes, circuits, or equipment. For example, a logsheet section for the filtered product from a flotation circuit may have subsections for mass and each assay measured.
    • Subsection items—Display to the right of the subsections. Subsection items are the specific items for which data is recorded. Examples include tonnage values; moisture and assay values from various sources (like an integrated LIMS, DCS or manual override); and feed or equipment run times, throughput rates or down times. The relevant unit or symbol displays for each item; for example, %, ppm, t, g/t, h.
    • Data cells—Display to the right of the subsection items. Data cells hold the numeric values for each subsection item. Some cells are read-only and show data acquired from sources like an integrated LIMS or DCS or other logsheets. Some cells are for data entry and include a field in which to enter numeric values.

Note: Icons may display next to data cells.

The calculator icon is for the Calculation Tracer, used to view the inputs and calculation paths for that data value. See Calculation Traces.

The audit icon displays next to data values for which an audit history is available. Hover on the icon to display the audit information.

The quarantine icon displays if the data value is quarantined. See Data Quarantine.

    • Log Time—Displays in the top row above the data cells. Shows the date and time for which the data was recorded. All logsheet data in Production Accounting is stored against the beginning of the period that the logsheet represents. For example, if a twelve-hour shift starts at 07:00:00 and ends at 18:59:59, all logsheet data for the shift is timestamped with 07:00:00.
  5. If required, select another logsheet section from the list to view its data.

Note: For some logsheets, the list of sections is long. When you select a section, its subsections, items and data cells may display centre-aligned to the vertical mid-point of the list. You may need to scroll up or down to find them.
