Configure a Stockpile Table Query in the Pivot View

A Stockpile Table in the Pivot View shows how stockpile balances, builds and reclaims change over time. This view is useful for tracking inventory changes and verifying that stockpile balances match expected levels.

Use the Configure Data and Configure Display panels and the filters at the top of the Pivot View screen to build a stockpile table query.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Pivot View Screen.

The Pivot View screen displays either a default configuration or your most recently viewed configuration.

  2. Apply a Period filter to ensure the dataset you select (at a later step) is within the required reporting period:
    1. At the top of the screen, check the Period selection box.
    2. Select the required Period filter.
    3. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon.
  3. Select and configure the dataset:

      2. From the Rows drop-down list, select grouping dimensions such as Stockpile Name, Stockpile Group, or Ore Type.

Tip: Use Month or Day as a grouping dimension to identify balance trends.

      3. To remove a selected dimension as a grouping field in the table, uncheck its selection box.
      4. To delete a selected dimension, click its delete icon.
      5. To change how data is grouped, drag and drop selected dimensions within and between the Columns and Rows lists. Or, use the Swap Columns and Rows option to swap all selected dimensions from column to row and vice versa.
    4. From the Values drop-down list, select the attributes to display; for example, Addition Wet tonnes, Reclaim Wet tonnes, Closing Balance Wet tonnes, Grade (such as Au, Cu) and Metal.

Important: You must select at least one value to display in the chart or table.
