Analysis Configurations

The Analysis Configurations Screen provides a central place to review and manage saved screen configurations created across Reconcilor. These saved configurations store the layout, filters, and other view settings for supported screens. See Screen Configurations.

Use this screen when you need to manage saved configurations after they have been created, rather than editing them one screen at a time. This is useful when ownership needs to be reassigned, when a personal configuration needs to be shared with other users, or when a locked configuration needs to be reviewed and updated.

Visibility and locking

Visibility controls who can access the saved configuration. Private configurations are available only to their owner. Global configurations are shared across users for the site. The security permission to save a global configuration is managed under Roles in the System Settings.

Locked identifies configurations that are fixed for controlled use. A locked configuration cannot be edited on its original screen until it is unlocked. This is particularly important for the Data Approval module, where configurations must be Global and Locked to be available for approval workflows.

Ownership

Owner identifies the user responsible for the saved configuration. Reassigning ownership can help maintain shared operational views when responsibilities change; for example, when a team member leaves the site or a standard configuration needs to be managed by another user.

System defaults

System default configurations created during your Reconcilor implementation are visible on the Analysis Configurations screen. Users with the required permissions can manage these defaults, including reassigning ownership, changing visibility and setting or removing the default status for a screen.

Only the owner of a default configuration can save changes to it on its original screen. Other users can load the default and use Save As to create their own copy.
