Edit Analysis Configurations

Use this activity to update one or more saved configurations at the same time. Any changes you make in the Edit Analysis Configurations pop-up window apply to all selected configurations.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Analysis Configurations Screen.
  2. Find and select one or more saved configurations. See View and Filter Analysis Configurations.

    Note: You can select multiple configurations to update them in a single action.

  3. Click Edit Selected.

    The Edit Analysis Configurations pop-up window displays.

  4. Update the fields for the selected configurations as required:
    • Select the User if you want to assign all selected configurations to another user. Leave this as Unchanged to keep the current owner for each selected configuration.
    • Select the Visibility from:
      • Unchanged – Keeps the current visibility setting for each selected configuration.
      • Private – Available only to the owner.
      • Global – Shared with all Reconcilor users for your site.
    • Select the Locked status from:
      • Unchanged – Keeps the current lock status for each selected configuration.
      • Locked – Fixed for controlled use. A locked configuration cannot be edited on its original screen until it is unlocked.
      • Unlocked – Can be edited.
    • Select the Default status from:
      • Unchanged – Keeps the current default status for each selected configuration.
      • Set – Designates the configuration as the system default for its screen. If another configuration is already set as the default for that screen, it is replaced.

      Note: Only the owner of a default configuration can save changes to it. Other users can load the default and use Save As to create their own copy.

  5. Click Confirm.
