View and Filter Analysis Configurations

Use this activity to view and filter the list of saved configurations on the Analysis Configurations screen.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Analysis Configurations Screen.

    The Analysis Configurations screen displays the list of saved configurations from supported Reconcilor screens.

  2. Use the table controls to refine and review the configuration list as required:
    • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
    • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
    • Review the columns to identify the required configuration:
      • Section – Displays the Reconcilor application area or screen name that the configuration belongs to; for example, Dashboards or Data Approval.
      • Configuration Name – Displays the saved name of the configuration.
      • Owner – Displays the user who owns the configuration.
      • Visibility – Displays whether the configuration is Private or Global.
      • Locked – Displays whether the configuration is locked.
      • Section Default – Displays whether the configuration is the system default for its screen.
  3. To filter the list by section:
    1. Click the filter icon in the Section column.
    2. If required, enter all or part of the section name in the filter search field.
    3. Select the required section(s); for example, Data Approval.
    4. Click Filter.

      The table refreshes to display only configurations for the selected section.
