View and Filter Grade Block List Data

Use the Grade Block List to filter and review grade block status and depletion values using haulage and survey data. You can sort, filter and hide columns, and export the table.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Grade Block List Screen.

    The Grade Block List displays a table of grade blocks with your default or most recently viewed configuration.

  2. Select a saved configuration to view if required. See View a Saved Screen Configuration.
  3. Apply filters at the top of the screen as required:
    • Location – Select the location(s) down to block level using the hierarchy fields.
    • Current State – Select from All, Mining Commenced, Unmined or Actively Mined (if your site uses this option).
    • Period – Select the time period.

      Note: Period is available only when Current State is set to Mining Commenced or Actively Mined.

    • Block Name – Enter all or part of the grade block name.
    • Designation – Select from Ore and Waste, Ore or Waste. Ore / Waste designations are configured based on material types.
    • Custom – Select categorical attributes and values if configured for your site; for example, Material Type, Material Type Group, Lithology Type, or Lithology Type Group.
  4. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon to filter the grade block list table with your selections.
  5. Review grade block details in the table as required.

    The table displays the following columns (column availability and order depends on your site configuration):

    • Grade Block Name – Changes to a hyperlink when you hover your mouse so you can select it.
    • Location Hierarchy
    • Material Type / Material Type Group
    • Lithology Type / Lithology Type Group
    • Mining Commenced – Start date of mining the block
    • Design Tonnes – Opening tonnes for the block
    • Design Volume
    • Haulage Tonnes – Based on trucks
    • Haulage Volume – Calculated using hauled tonnes and block density
    • Survey Depleted Tonnes
    • Survey Depleted Volume
    • Remaining Tonnes (Survey) – (Design tonnes – survey depleted tonnes)
    • Remaining Volume (Survey) – (Design volume – survey depleted volume)
    • Remaining Tonnes (Haulage) – (Design tonnes – hauled tonnes)
    • Remaining Volume (Haulage) – (Design volume – hauled volume)
    • Remaining Tonnes (Combined) – (Design tonnes – survey tonnes – haulage tonnes that are outside a survey period)
    • Remaining Volume (Combined) – (Design volume – survey volume – haulage volume that are outside a survey period)
    • All location hierarchy levels, from Mining Complex to Blast.
    • Mining Commenced – First day of haulage record
    • Last Haulage – Last day of haulage record
    • Closed Date – Imported closed date on the grade block (only displays if configured for your site)
  6. Use the table controls to refine and review the grade block list as required. For example:
    • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
    • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
    • Use the horizontal scroll bar to view additional columns.
    • Export data to an Excel file.

  7. To investigate a specific grade block, hover over the Grade Block Name and select it to open the View Grade Block window. See View Grade Block.
