View Mappings

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Import Revisions Screen.
  2. Find the import revision. See View and Filter Import Revisions.
  3. Hover over the revision row and click the View Mappings icon.

    The selected revision's Mappings form displays.

  4. Use the table controls to refine and review the mappings as required:
    • Expand or collapse a source table group to display or hide its mappings.
    • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
    • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
    • Review the columns:
      • Destination Field – The destination field in Reconcilor.
      • Destination Data Type – The Reconcilor data type for the destination field; for example, String, Decimal, or DateTime.
      • Required – Whether the destination field is mandatory.
      • Source Primary Key – Whether the mapped source field is part of the source primary key.
      • Mapping Type – The mapping method used for the field; for example, Expression or Direct.
      • Source Table Name – The source table that supplies the mapped value.
      • Source Field – The source field that supplies the mapped value.
      • Source Data Type – The data type of the mapped source field; for example, String, Decimal, or DateTime.
      • Source Format String – The source format string used when interpreting the mapped value.
  5. Click Close.
