Add Import Schedule

Activity Steps

1. Add a schedule using one of the following methods:
   1. Open the Import Schedules Screen and click Add Schedule.
   2. Open the Import Definitions Screen; find the import definition; hover over the row and click the Add Schedule icon. See View and Filter Import Definitions.

   The Add Schedule form displays.

2. Select the schedule pattern from:
   • Day – Select the days to run the import and the time to start.
   • Every # hours, starting at – Enter the number of hours between runs and the start time.
   • Every # minutes within each hour, starting at – Enter the number of minutes between runs within each hour and the start time.
3. From the Apply Schedule to Import Definition drop-down list, select which import definition the schedule applies to.

   Note: If you added the schedule from an import definition row on the Import Definitions Screen, this field is populated with that row's value.

   Note: Your site's imports may be set up with import parameters. If so, these parameters display below the selected import definition. If a parameter is a date field, leave it blank on the Import Schedules Screen.

4. Click Save.
