Edit Role

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Roles Screen.
  2. Find the role. See View and Filter Roles.
  3. Edit the role using one of the following methods:
    1. Hover over a role in the table and click the Edit icon.
    2. Click the hyperlinked Role to display its View Role form and then click Edit.

      The Edit Role form displays.

  4. Update the required fields, Windows Active Directory groups, and/or security options.
  5. Click Save.

    Note: If the role fails validation and cannot be saved, a validation message displays. See Role Validations.
