View Import Job

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Import Activity Screen.
  2. Find the import job. See View and Filter Import Activity.
  3. Hover over the import job and click the View Job icon.

    The View Import Job form displays.

  4. Review the job details as required:
    • Job Information – Key job details such as status, start time, end time, duration, source, and job parameters.
    • Received Records – Counts of accepted and rejected records.
    • Changed Records – Counts of inserted, updated, deleted, and unchanged records.
    • Import Errors – Lists any import errors recorded for the job.
  5. If import errors are listed:
    1. Click + to expand an error row to review its description.
    2. Click the Copy to Clipboard icon in the Action column to copy the error description if required; for example, to send to your site administrator or Datamine Support.

  6. Click Export Import Errors (CSV) to export the listed import errors if required.
  7. Click Close.
