View Import Job
Activity Steps
- Open the Import Activity Screen.
- Find the import job. See View and Filter Import Activity.
- Hover over the import job and click the View Job icon.
The View Import Job form displays.
- Review the job details as required:
- Job Information – Key job details such as status, start time, end time, duration, source, and job parameters.
- Received Records – Counts of accepted and rejected records.
- Changed Records – Counts of inserted, updated, deleted, and unchanged records.
- Import Errors – Lists any import errors recorded for the job.
- If import errors are listed:
- Click + to expand an error row to review its description.
- Click the Copy to Clipboard icon in the Action column to copy the error description if required; for example, to send to your site administrator or Datamine Support.
Note: For more information about import error types or validation messages returned during import, see Import Error Guidance and Import Validation Guidance.
- Click Export Import Errors (CSV) to export the listed import errors if required.
- Click Close.
