Delete Record
Deletes the currently selected record (row), and re-orders the remaining records to ensure that a consecutive numbering format is maintained.
Use one of the following methods:
- Right-click and select Delete Record from the context menu.
- Left-click a record to highlight it, and select Edit >> Delete Record in the main menu.
Large Files
For large files, using Clear is often quicker than using Delete Record.
- Right-click, and select Clear from the context menu.
- Left-click a record to highlight it, and select Edit >> Clear in the main menu.
After this, when you save the file, click Yes in the Table Editor to delete all cleared records.
