Insert Record

Inserts a record (row) above the currently selected record, and increments the current record number by one.
Any fields for which default values have been set will contain those values.

Note: It is recommended that the Add Record command, which adds a record at the bottom of the table, be used for large files because the "insert" command requires all records below the insert point to be cached which can have severe performance implications.
