Plot Item Frame Properties

To access this screen:

To configure these settings:

  1. In Size, set the Height and/or Width of the frame. The current frame size is reported in these fields and can be amended as required.

  2. Note that by manually setting these fields, it is possible to offset the frame beyond the limits of the current document, which will cause data to be clipped when printed.
  3. Check Border to draw a border around the frame. This option is selected by default. Use Line Width to specify the border width.

  4. Select Color to choose a frame color from the color picker.

  5. Click Font... to display a font picker and format the text associated with all cells in the current frame. This overrides the current cell format settings for individual cells.

  6. Check Opaque to make the contents of the current frame opaque, i.e. zero transparency.

  7. Check Draw Grid to draw individual cell borders. This option is selected by default. If cleared, cell contents are visible without a surrounding framework.

  8. Set Cell Spacing to determine the space, in pixels, between cell borders.
