move-channel

See this command in the command table.

To access this command:

  • Mapping Task Bar >> Channel Samples >> Move Channel Location.
  • Channels (Draw) ribbon >> Edit >> Move.

  • Using the command line, enter "move-channel"

  • Display the Find Command screen, locate move-channel and click Run

Command Overview

Move or rotate any visible channel sample in either the Map or 3D world view. Independent channel samples (FROM, TO, LENGTH) are unaffected by this operation.

Command steps:

  1. Display the map and face containing the channel sample to be edited.

  2. Activate the move-channel command.

  3. Clicking or tapping on any channel sample between the start and end positions and drag/drop the sample to the new location. To rotate a channel sample, click or tap and drag the end or start of the channel to rotate it to the desired orientation.
