To access this command:

Draw (Sketches) ribbon >> Modes >> Always Snap.
Draw (Features) ribbon >> Modes >> Always Snap.
Draw (Comments) ribbon >> Modes >> Always Snap.
Draw (Profiles) ribbon >> Modes >> Always Snap.
Using the command line, enter "snap-limit-to-face-switch"
Display the Find Command screen, locate snap-limit-to-face-switch and click Run.

Command Overview

Toggles the mechanism for snapping to data in map views

There are two possible states, which interchange with subsequent uses of the command:

Snapping is performed only to data that lies on the currently active map face. Other data is ignored during snapping.
Snapping is performed to any data in view, regardless of the map face to which it aligns.
