Description

Launches the Quick Color dialog, which allows you to quickly apply a specified color or legend to selected overlays.

Thequick-color-stringscommand lists all loaded strings in the Quick Color dialog, Overlays To Color group.

How to Use

  1. Run Command - all  loaded strings are listed in the Quick Color dialog, Overlays To Color group.

  2. In the Overlays To Color group, select the Overlays  check-box to apply a specified color or legend to all listed items, or alternatively select individual overlays.

  3. In the Coloring group:
    • either specify a color for selected overlays using the Color drop-down list, or
    • specify a legend for selected overlays using the Legend drop-down list, and select an associated column using the Column drop-down list.
  4. Click Apply or OK to apply your selections to the specified overlays.

The History drop-down list displays the last 10 color settings used, and is updated whenever you click Apply or OK. If a new entry already exists, then the existing entry is removed and the new entry is added to the top of the list.

The following formats are used:

  • For legends: Legend, Column – for example Blue-Red, AU. If a filter legend is used, then just Legend is displayed.

  • For fixed colors: colors are represented as a combination of red, green and blue - for example, red is listed as255, 0, 0.
