Update Schedule
To access this screen:
-
Activate the Schedule ribbon and select Schedule >> Update.
When accessing screens via the Update Schedule screen, certain features are 'greyed out' to restrict their functionality. This means that only quantitative settings can be edited. Click Help in the following dialogs to launch a context-sensitive help page.
In general, the Update option will highlight errors (if they exist) within two areas of the destinations for a project: Total Capacity and Period capacity, and will automatically highlight the affected record in the schedule and allow you to make adjustments to fix it.
This makes it quick and easy to check your schedule and fix any problems/conflicts.
