Description

Turn on or off the use of rosettes in string projection or offsetting.

note.gif (1017 bytes)

A rosettes file must be loaded before this command can be run.

How to use

If turned on, then the face/projection angle for string projection, or the expansion distance for offsetting, will be derived from the loaded rosettes file points and their parameters. The detected values will take preference over the default face angle and expansion distance but have a lower priority than the loaded block model SLOPE field. It is not possible to turn on the use of rosettes if no rosettes are loaded.

This toggle is generally used when running the open pit design commands but can also be used with the various string offsetting commands listed in the Related Topics list below.
