Command

Description

Zoom | Fit

Use to fit the entire page to the window space.

Zoom | In

Use to increase the magnification of the current view.

Zoom | Out

Use to decrease the magnification of the current view.

Zoom | Area

Use to select a zoom area with the pointer. Click-and-drag the zoom area box with the pointer.

Zoom 200%

Use to select a preset magnification percentage, where 100% is the true (as printed) magnification.

To pan horizontally and vertically

If the page does not fit entirely within the window, the horizontal and vertical scroll bars are displayed on the bottom and right borders of the window so that you can pan across, up and down the page.

  • The Pan commands from the Plot ViewribbonsPancommand group are used to shift the data view position inside the data area frame.

  • The Scale commands from the Plot ViewribbonsScalecommand group are used to change the plotting scale inside the data area frame.
