Manage Plan Compliance PDF Report Templates

This activity is used to configure plot templates used to create Plan Compliance reports. Templates are assigned to a report using Compliance to Plan report settings.

This activity is used to configure plot templates for both 2- and 3-surface plan compliance reports, although templates are selected independently for each report type.

Activity Steps:

1. To select a new plot template to add to the Plot Templates list:

   1. Click New.

   2. Browse for a suitable plot template (.dmtpl) file.

   3. Click Open.

      The selected plot template is added and is available for selection.

2. To delete a template:

   1. Select the template you wish to delete in the list.

   2. Click Delete.
      

      Warning: Deleting a template will remove it from the database. It is recommended that you make a copy of your template files before you delete them, particularly if the database is shared. You cannot undo template deletion.

3. To rename a template:

   1. Select the item to rename in the list.

   2. Either click Rename or select the same field again to make the field contents editable.

   3. Modify the template name.
      

      Note: Plot template names must be unique to the active database.
      

4. Click OK to return to Compliance to Design report settings.
