Manage Plan Compliance Excel Report Templates
This activity is used to configure Excel templates used to create Plan Compliance statistical reports. Templates are assigned to a report using Compliance to Plan report settings.
This activity is used to configure Excel templates for both 2- and 3-surface plan compliance reports, although templates are selected independently for each report type.
Activity Steps:

To select a new Excel template to add to the Excel Templates list:

Click New.

Browse for a suitable Excel template (.xlsx) file.

Click Open.
The selected Excel template is added and is available for selection.

To delete a template:

Select the template you wish to delete in the list.

Click Delete.
Warning: Deleting a template will remove it from the database. It is recommended that you make a copy of your template files before you delete them, particularly if the database is shared. You cannot undo template deletion.

To rename a template:

Select the item to rename in the list.

Either click Rename or select the same field again to make the field contents editable.

Modify the template name.
Note: Excel template names must be unique to the active database.

Click OK to return to Plan Compliance report settings.
