Generate Memo Register
To access this screen:

Activate the Survey Reports ribbon.

Select Underground >> Memo >> Memo Register.
Generate a summary register report of all Memo Reports that match filtering options.
Filter your register to show only reports generated for a particular Decline, Area, Level or Date range. You can also simply pick from a list of all available reports and choose the order in which reports appear in the register.
To create a memo register report:

Open the Memo Register screen.

Select the Register Date. This is, by default, today's date.

To filter your reports to only date of a particular decline, check the Decline option and choose a value from the list. Only data relating to the selected decline is shown in the available reports window below.

To filter your available memo reports to those of a particular Area, select a value.

To filter your available memo reports of a particular Level, select a value.
Note: Decline, Area and Level categories are configured using the Database Settings screen. Only valid categories are shown. See Manage Declines, Manage Areas and Manage Levels.

To show reports generated between two (inclusive dates), check the Date option and pick a from and to value.

To show the most recent report of those already displayed below, check Latest. If unchecked, all reports that match the filter criteria above are listed.

The available reports list shows all reports that match the filter criteria above. Select one or more reports and click + to transfer the reports to the lower window, meaning they are included in the register report.
Tip: Select multiple concurrent reports with <SHIFT> + Click. Select any isolated report references by holding <CTRL> and clicking to select or clear a report.

To view the tabular data associated with all selected items, click the eyeball icon to View the report in the viewer. A Datamine table view is shown for each selected report.
Warning: If a large number of reports are selected, displaying them all in Table Editor may take a while.

Review the reports within the memo register using the lower list:

Select one or more reports to and the up or down arrows to move them up or down a single position in the list, if possible.

Similarly, shift all selected items to the top or bottom of the list using the double arrow buttons.

Delete selected reports from the register report (this won't remove them from your database) using the minus (-) button.

View any selected item or items in Table Editor using the eyeball icon, similar to the previous step.

When memo reports are listed in the required order in the bottom list, click Create Register to compile a summary report in Excel.
Note: The template used to display the Memo Register report is setup in the Database Settings screen. See Configure the Memo Register Report.

View the Memo Register report using the eyeball icon at the bottom of the screen. This will be displayed in one or more of the following, depending on the choices you have made on the Settings screen.
