Description

Measure the angle between two line segments. These line segments are generated temporarily, and removed once the command is closed.

This command supports your data snapping options.

How to Use

1. Run the command.

2. Digitize the point of the first line segment.

3. Digitize the end of the first line segment.

4. Digitize the end of the second line segment

5. Continue to adjust (or hold down and drag) to reposition the end of the 2nd line segment.

6. An angle indicator is shown and the Output window records the result e.g.:

                     X-COORDINATE      Y-COORDINATE      Z-COORDINATE

Point 1                 -132.9810           47.9915            0.0000

Point 2                 -160.4651          -28.9641            0.0000

Point 3                  -56.0254          -24.7357            0.0000

True angle                68.0278 degrees

Section angle             68.0278 degrees

Azimuth change          -111.9722 degrees

Dip change                 0.0000 degrees
