Using the command line, enter "insert-setoff-hole"

Use the quick key combination "ish".

Display the Find Command screen, locate insert-setoff-hole and click Run.
Command Overview
A setoff hole is a hole adjacent to an existing hole but offset by a specified distance.
Command steps:

Run the command

Click to begin inserting a setoff hole.

Select any point on the drilling boundaries or on an existing drillhole.

A prompt appears. Enter the Setoff Distance.

Click OK.
The setoff hole is created.
