Common Issues
This section lists common issues experienced in Supervisor and advice on how to fix them.
Note: If you can't find an answer to your issue here, see Get Help with Supervisor.

When calculating variograms in Supervisor, the sill value is always equal to one, including when the data is standardised. If you have used and normal scores transformation then the sill is always one, even when toggling that option off, because the variance for normal score data is equal to one already.
You may expect to see the raw variance when toggling the data transformation. However, the data is always changed so that the sill value remains at one.

The X and X property tabs can be toggled on and off in the Graph tab using the Show X/Y Properties option. See Configure Graph Tab.

There are two main reasons as to why you cannot see your data in the 3D Viewer.
- Large range in one or more coordinate fields, potentially caused by extreme outlying values. This can be fixed by filtering the data, either in the source file or in Supervisor. See Minimum and Maximum Filters and Data Filters.
- Coordinate fields have not been correctly defined when loading data. Check the Column Definition Table and ensure that the Mapping Type column entries are correct for all imported data.

If the ellipse becomes off-centre in the 3D viewer, it can be moved back to the cross hairs by clicking the component that you are currently viewing in the Project Tree.
