Restrict Plot Editing

You can restrict whether components can be edited or deleted in the Component tab. For more information on the Component tab see how to Group Components.

Activity Steps

1. Display the graph.
2. In the Property Panel, select the Component tab.
3. Configure the following options as required.
   • Locked – Whether to lock the component's update properties. When checked, properties that make the component out-of-date are disabled.
   • Read-only – Whether to make the component's properties read-only. This means that no properties (other than Read-only itself) can be changed, and that any associated tables become read-only.
   • Allow Delete – Whether to allow the component to be deleted.
