Table Special Functions
Most tables can be edited. However, tables containing source data (for example, in the Filter and Data Window) or results data (for example, in the Load Summary Window), are read-only. Tables that can be edited may have read-only cells or columns.
Special keys
The following keyboard commands can be used to perform special functions in Supervisor tables.

Repeat | Ctrl + R | Copy the current cell's value to the cell below it. |
Repeat to End | Ctrl + Shift + R | Copy the current cell's value to all the cells below it, until the end of the table. |
Increment | Ctrl + I | Increase the current cell's value by an increment of one to the cell below it. |
Increment to End | Ctrl + Shift + I | Increase the current cell's value by an increment of one to the cell below it, until the end of the table. |
Undo | Ctrl + Z | Undo the last change you made to the table. |
Redo | Ctrl + Y | Redo the last undo you made to the table. |
Copy and Paste Rows
Data can be copied from a table within Supervisor or from Excel, and pasted into a Supervisor table. Rows must already exist in the table for data to be pasted into them.
To copy rows, select them and press Ctrl + C to copy them. Highlight the rows that you want to paste the data into and press Ctrl + V to paste the copied data. Pasted data overwrites existing data in the table rows.
Change Multiple Cells
To change multiple cell values at once, highlight the relevant cells or rows by clicking and dragging, or by clicking while holding Ctrl or Shift. Make changes to one cell, such as toggling a check box or entering a value, then press Ctrl + Enter. Holding Ctrl before applying any changes made to once cell applies the changes to all highlighted cells.
