QQ Plots

QQ (Quantile–Quantile) plots are used to compare the distributions of two assays or domains. A straight line indicates identical distributions.

QQ Plots can be inserted under assay or domain components. When domains are grouped under assays, QQ Plots can be inserted under the assay or an individual domain. If assays are grouped under domains, QQ Plots can be inserted at domain level, or at the individual assay level. QQ Plots can also be used with conditional simulations and reblocked models. See Conditional Simulation.
