Calculated Columns

You can add numerous calculated columns to your data. These columns do not store any data, but are calculated using data from other columns (including other calculated columns), mathematical functions (math functions) and operators, constants or predefined expressions (Expression Library). Expressions can be scripts that use the .NET languages JScript, Visual Basic or C#.

Once used, calculated columns are stored in the Column Definitions Window of the . They can be reused by typing in the name of a previously used calculated column.

You can add calculated columns before or after loading the data.
