Filter Domains Using the Domain Selection Table

The Domain Selection table makes it easy to filter data that contains one or multiple values of a domain column. Rather than typing the values, you can click on the Use column to include the associated value. This table is updated when you select a domain field in the Filter Table. You can add or remove multiple values by selecting multiple rows.

Activity Steps

  1. Click the Data Component in the Project Window.
  2. To view the Domain Selection Table:
    • Ensure Show domain selection table is checked in the Configure the Filter and Data Tab in the Filter and Data Window. Default: Unchecked.
    • Select a row in the Filter Table with the Column Name set to Domain.

      Note: The Domain Selection Table only works for domains with the Compare operator set to IN or NOT IN in the Filter Table. The Compare operator automatically changes to one of these options if a row is activated in the Domain Selection Table.

  3. Select which domains to Use in the filter.
    Selected domains display in the Condition column in the relevant row of the Filter Table.
