Maintain job tests

To view tests on a job:

  1. Access the CCREGN—Job application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCREGN—Search Job screen.

  2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.

    Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

  3. Open the required job to display the CCREGN—Job Detail screen.

  4. Select the Tests tab to display job tests.

To view analytes registered within a job scheme:

  1. View tests on the job to display the CCREGN—Job Detail screen Tests tab.
  2. Click the Collapsed icon to expand the scheme row to display the composite job scheme analytes.

To re-sequence schemes within a job:

  1. View tests on the job to display the CCREGN—Job Detail screen Tests tab.

  2. Select a job scheme row.

  3. Move the job scheme row up or down, as required, to re-sequence the job scheme.

  4. Click Submit.

To re-sequence analytes within a job scheme:

  1. View tests on the job to display the CCREGN—Job Detail screen Tests tab.

  2. Click the Collapsed icon to expand the scheme row and display the registered analytes.

  3. Select a job scheme analyte row.
  4. Move the job scheme analyte row up or down, as required, to re-sequence the job scheme analytes.
  5. Click Submit.

To update a job scheme:

  1. View tests on the job to display the CCREGN—Job Detail screen Tests tab.

  2. Open the required job scheme to display the CCREGNSCHM—Job Scheme Detail screen.

    Note: Some entities can be updated on the tests grid for a job on the CCSAMP—Sample Detail screen Tests tab.

  3. To update reportability:

    1. Personalise the screen to ensure that the job scheme's isReportable property is displayed.
    2. Select Reportable, as required.

  4. To update primary details:

    1. Select the Primary Details tab.

    2. Enter Report Name, Report Description and Report Sequence, as required.

    3. Select whether to Include in Job QC.

    4. Select the subcontracting Laboratory Code, as required.

    5. For a scheme with a Price Type of Sample-Based, Scheme-Based or Unit-Based:

      1. Select the Price Code, as required.

      2. To override price book pricing, enter a Fixed Base Price and/or Fixed Block Price, as required.

      3. For a scheme with unit-based pricing, enter the Number of Units, as required.

  5. To update linked scheme relationships between the sample schemes:

    1. Select the Linked Schemes tab.

    2. To add a linked job scheme to the current job scheme:

      1. Click Add iconAdd. The current job scheme is the Linked From scheme.
      2. Select associated with to set the linked to job scheme.

    3. To remove a linked job scheme from the current job scheme:

      1. Click Delete at the beginning of the row containing the linked scheme.

  6. To enter job scheme notes:

    1. Select the Notes tab.

    2. Update Analysis Notes or Report Notes.

    3. Format entered text using the toolbar. HTML formatted text can be pasted from one CCLAS rich text notes field into another rich text notes field, such that, the formatting is preserved.

    4. To insert a Canned Comment, click F2 to display the Select Canned Comment dialog box.

    5. Select the default or another Canned Comment Type and Canned Comment Subtype.

    6. Select an optional Category Code to filter the Canned Comment Code drop-down list by the selected category.

    7. Enter or select Canned Comment Code from the drop-down list to embed the canned comment long form content into the note field. Note that Cancel can be clicked at any time to exit canned comment selection.

  7. To enter report header, report footer and result header text for a test in a job:

    1. Select the Report Header/Footer tab.

    2. Update Report Header Text, Report Footer Text or Result Header Text.

    3. Format entered text using the toolbar. HTML formatted text can be pasted from one CCLAS rich text notes field into another rich text notes field, such that, the formatting is preserved.

    4. To insert a Canned Comment, click F2 to display the Select Canned Comment dialog box.

    5. Select the default or another Canned Comment Type and Canned Comment Subtype.

    6. Select an optional Category Code to filter the Canned Comment Code drop-down list by the selected category.

    7. Enter or select Canned Comment Code from the drop-down list to embed the canned comment long form content into the note field. Note that Cancel can be clicked at any time to exit canned comment selection.

  8. Click Submit.

To update a job scheme analyte:

  1. View tests on the job to display the CCREGN—Job Detail screen Tests tab.

  2. Click the Collapsed icon to expand the scheme row and display the registered analytes.

  3. Open the required job scheme analyte to display the CCREGNSCHMANA—Job Scheme Analyte Detail screen.

    Note: Some entities can be updated on the tests grid for a job on the CCSAMP—Sample Detail screen Tests tab.

  4. To update reportability:

    1. Personalise the screen to ensure that the job scheme analyte's isReportable property is displayed.
    2. Select Reportable, as required.

  5. To update primary details:

    1. Select the Primary Details tab.

    2. Enter Report Name, Report Description and Report Sequence, as required.

    3. For a scheme with a Price Type of Analyte-Based:

      1. Select the Price Code, as required.

      2. To override price book pricing, enter a Fixed Base Price and/or Fixed Block Price, as required.

  6. Click Submit.
