De-link samples from a laboratory or subcontract batch job

1. Either:
   1. Access the CCREGN—Job application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCREGN—Search Job screen.
   2. Select Job Type: Lab Batch

   Or:

   1. Access the CCWKBK—Workbook application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCWKBK—Search Workbook screen.
   2. Select Job Type: Lab Batch
2. Enter other relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.
3. Access the CCBTSM—Batch Sample Maintenance application by selecting the Open Batch Sample Maintenance row flow option on the job for which to maintain samples for a selected job scheme to display the CCBTSM—Batch Sample Maintenance Detail screen.
4. Select a Scheme Code.
5. Click Search Samples to display samples associated with the job scheme in the grid.
6. Select the samples that are to be removed from the batch (job scheme).
7. Click Delink Samples.

   Where the laboratory batch job is locked by another user, then the de-linking is rejected and an error message returned: Job currently locked by user [UserCode] at [LockedDateTime].

   Otherwise, the sample is de-linked from the batch job.
