Configure the Validate Result User Group for a Section

Use this activity to configure the validate result user group for a section.

Activity Steps

1. Access the CCSECT—Section application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCSECT—Search Section screen.
2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search.

   Sections that match the criteria display in the grid.

3. Open the required section to display the CCSECT—Section Detail screen.
4. Select Validate Result User Group Code.
5. Click Submit.

   If a scheme has no Section Code defined, or if a section has no Validate Result User Group Code defined, then when an attempt is made to validate a result associated with the scheme, then the process proceeds.

   If a scheme has a Section Code defined, and the section has an Validate Result User Group Code defined, then when an attempt is made to validate a result associated with the scheme, then the process proceeds only where the user is a member of the validate result user group.
