Processes associated with this form
Screen flows
- Submit—Perform a search using the entered search criteria and display the results in the grid.
- New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.
- New—Create a new item related to the application.
- Saved Searches—Display a saved searches menu where you can save a search, rename and delete existing searches. Refer to Using the Screen Interface for more information.
Primary Criteria Tab
The primary criteria to search for sections.

Scope
Search sections by scope. The following options are available: All, Laboratory only, Organisation only.

Section Code
Search sections by code.

Name
Search sections by name.

Description
Search sections by description.

Section Category
Search sections by category. Selected from categories with a Category Type of SECTIONS.

Status
Search sections by status:

All

Active only
-
Inactive only.

Location Code
Search sections by the code of an associated location. Note that only lab-scope sections can link to a location code. A location may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active locations in scope, as configured in the CCLCTN—Location application. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCLCTN—Search Location screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.

Section Manager User Group Code
Search sections by the code of an associated section manager user group. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCUSGP—Search User Group screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.

Validate Result User Group Code
Search sections by the code of an associated validate result user group. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCUSGP—Search User Group screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.
Where a scheme is linked to a section and the section's Validate Release User Group Code is defined, then only users in that user group can validate results, otherwise all users can validate results.

Access User Group Code
Search sections by the code of an associated access user group. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCUSGP—Search User Group screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.
Where a scheme is linked to a section and the section's Access User Group Code is defined, then only users in that user group can access results in a Workbook or Validation session, otherwise all users can access results.

Release Result User Group Code
Search sections by the code of an associated result release user group. Click the field hyperlink to display the CCUSGP—Search User Group screen, select the appropriate value and click Select and Return to populate the field with the selected value.
Where a scheme is linked to a section and the section's Result Release User Group Code is defined, then only users in that user group can release results, otherwise all users can release results.

Results Canned Comment Group Code
Search sections by results canned comment group code associated with the section.

Section Group Code
Search sections by code of the section group associated with the section.
