Activate/Deactivate a system language for a user

  1. Access the CCUSER—User application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCUSER—Search User screen.
  2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display users that match the criteria.
  3. Open the required user to display the CCUSER—User Detail screen.
  4. Select the Languages tab to display the system languages configured in the DLAN table code of the system table. Only those that are active at the system-level can be activated for the user.
  5. Open a selected language to display the MSESYS—System Preferences Displayable Languages dialog box.
  6. Check or uncheck Activated For User to make the system language available or not available, respectively, for the user.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Submit to update the msesys.config.multivaluedI18Nsetting preference at user scope and zero counter level. If it does not exist at user scope and zero counter level, it is first created.
