Configure tests for a quote

To view tests on a quote:

  1. Either, access a quote via a client quote:
    1. Access the CCCLNT—Client application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCCLNT—Search Client screen.
    2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display clients that match the criteria.
    3. Open the required client to display the CCCLNT—Client Detail screen.
    4. Select the Invoicing tab.
    5. Select the Quotes sub-tab to display client quotes.
  2. Or, directly access a quote:
    1. Access the CCQUOTE—Quote application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCQUOTE—Search Quote screen.
    2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display quotes that match the criteria.
  3. Open the required quote to display the CCQUOTE—Quote Detail screen.
  4. Select the Tests tab to display the schemes and analytes covered by the quote.

To add tests to a quote:

  1. View the tests on the quote.

  2. Enter any of the following criteria into the lower grid:
    • Scheme Code
    • Scheme Name
    • Analyte Code
    • Analyte Name
    • Scheme Type
    • Section Name
    • Section Description
    • Method Name
    • Method Description

  3. Select the Filter Option as to filter schemes by the search criteria, or filter schemes and analytes by the search criteria.

  4. Click Search Schemes to display tests that match the criteria where the scheme, and if it has analytes, then the scheme and all of its analytes, are added to the quote.

    Note: Only schemes and analytes that have a Price Code assigned to them are returned from the search.

  5. To add a single scheme and its mandatory analytes, click Add Scheme with Mandatory Analytes on the row containing the scheme.

  6. To add a single scheme and all its analytes, click Add Entire Scheme on the row containing the scheme.

  7. To add selected schemes and all of their analytes, select one or more schemes and click the Add Scheme(s) grid flow.

  8. To add selected schemes and their mandatory analytes, select one or more schemes and click the Add Scheme(s) With Mandatory analytes grid flow.

  9. To add selected analytes, click the Collapsed icon to expand the scheme row, select one or more analytes, and click the Add Analytes grid flow.

  10. Click Submit to add the tests to the quote.

To add tests to a quote using sample filtering in a dialog:

  1. View the tests on the quote.

  2. Click Add Tests From Sample to display the Add Tests From Sample dialog box.
  3. Select Template as All or Templates only to filter by all sample types or by template samples only, respectively.
  4. Enter the relevant criteria in all fields, excluding the Sample Code field.
  5. Select a Sample Code from the drop-down list which is filtered according to the criteria.
  6. Click OK to see the added schemes and analytes in the quote test grid.

To add tests to a quote from a sample search:

  1. View the tests on the quote.

  2. Click Search Samples for Tests to display the CCSAMP—Search Sample screen.
  3. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display samples that match the criteria.
  4. Select one sample and click the Add Tests From Sample grid flow option.
  5. Close the CCSAMP—Search Sample screen and refresh the CCQUOTE—Quote Detail screen to see the added schemes and analytes in the quote test grid.

To set the invoiceability of schemes or analytes in a quote:

  1. View the tests on the quote.
  2. Locate the scheme or analyte.
  3. Select Invoiceable, as required.

To set a discount for schemes or analytes in a quote:

  1. View the tests on the quote.
  2. Locate the scheme or analyte.
  3. Enter the Discount.

To delete a scheme or analyte from a quote:

  1. Select schemes to be removed and click Remove Schemes.
  2. Select analytes to be removed and click Remove Analytes.
  3. Click Submit.
