Generate a report of discrete QC sample assessments

1. Search for discrete QC sample assessments to display the PERFANA—Perfana Form.
2. Click Report from the main menu to display the PERFANA—Report Form.
3. Select the Microsoft Excel™ Report template.
4. Enter the Output file. Click ... to locate the output folder.
5. Select the View mode for the report creation.
6. To print the report, check Print, select the Printer and enter the No. of copies.
7. Click Generate to generate the report, or click Cancel to not proceed.
