View and update the status of a job

Click Jobs in the CCLAS EL menu or run the Profile.exe application in the Exe folder to display the PROFILE—Profile Form.
- Find registered jobs
- Select a job in the list-view and click Job Status (also available from the right-click menu) to open the STATREP—StatRep Form containing job status details.
To view and update job status:
- Select the General tab and select the job node.
- Update status fields for the job, as required, and click Save.
To view and update job scheme status:
- Select the General tab, expand the job node and select a job scheme node.
- Update the status fields for the job scheme, as required, and click Save.
To view and update job scheme analyte status:
- Select the General tab, expand the job node, expand the job scheme node and select a job scheme analyte node.
- Update the status fields for the job scheme analyte, as required, and click Save.
To view and update sample status:
- Select the Samples tab, expand the job node and select a sample node.
- Update the status fields for the sample, as required, and click Save.
To view and update sample scheme status:
- Select the General tab, expand the job node, expand the sample node and select a sample scheme node.
- Update the status fields for the sample scheme, as required, and click Save.
To generate a job status report:
- Click Report to open the PROFILE—GenerateJobReport Form.
- Select the Report template. The TemlateDirectory PROFILE program setting defines the default folder containing template files.
- Enter the Output file. Click ... to locate the output folder. Where the OutputfileHasTemplateInName PROFILE program setting is enabled, the template file name is included in the output file name.
- Enter the Parameters required for report generation.
- Select the View mode for the report creation. The DefaultViewMode PROFILE program setting defines the default view mode.
- To print the report, check Print, select the Printer and enter the No. of copies.
- Deselect job schemes to only have those required for the report as selected.
- Click Generate to generate the report, or click Cancel to not proceed.
To create a job status report using a custom script:
- Select the General tab and select the job node.
- Click Preview, such that, where the ProfileReportPreview.VBS VBScript file is located in the folder defined by the ConfigDirectory GLOBAL setting, then the text report file displays in the lower panel of the form.
