Generate Filters

To access this screen:

• Project Settings >> Filters >> Task and click Generate Filters.

• Project Settings >> Filters >> Resource and click Generate Filters.

• Project Settings >> Filters >> Assignment and click Generate Filters.

DTS allows you to create task, resource and assignment filters.

Task filters can be used to:

• limit the number of rows displayed in the Gantt chart view
• assign different formulae for production and text fields for groups of tasks
• define summary fields to display production properties
• define different production rates for groups of tasks

Resource and assignment filters can only be used to limit the number of rows displayed in the Crosstab and resource bar chart views respectively.
