Validate Document Links

Validate your linked documents the see that all files are located or if they have been moved. See Locate Missing Documents.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Asset Browser of your action or asset.
2. Select the applicable action or asset in the Data Grids.

3. In the Details Pane click the Documents tab.

4. Click Validate.

   The Status column updates.

   • OK—The file has been found.
   • Missing—The file is missing.
   • Link—Indicates that this is a URL.
