Run an Automated Bulk Quick Appraisal

The automated quick appraisal feature allows you to download a quick appraisal for multiple Western Australian tenements.

Note: To use this feature you must have the Tenements module or a LandTracker Due Diligence Pro license.

Note: Users must be registered with Mineral Titles Online.

Important: To comply with the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety's (DEMIRS) request, the bulk quick appraisal (BQA) feature allows a maximum of 3 concurrent users. If more than 3 users attempt a BQA simultaneously, a message displays a retry time frame.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Due Diligence screen.
  2. Load a tenement list or select a configured tenement set. See Manage Tenement Sets.

Note: When doing quick appraisals for a large number of tenements, it is recommended that the process is started after 5:00 PM (GMT+8). This prevents Mineral Titles Online's servers from becoming over-taxed.

  3. To run a quick appraisal on a sub-set of the search results:
    1. Click Browse Tenements.
    2. Select the required records in the Data Grids.
    3. Right-click the row selector and select Run Quick Appraisal from the menu.

    • Combine to Excel—Creates one Excel workbook containing all the quick appraisals. Once the process is complete, a workbook opens and must be named and saved.

Important: Ensure you do not have open Excel workbooks on your computer as LandTracker may add new sheets within an open book.

  11. Click Scan All.

A Scrapey Window displays the TENGRAPH web sign-in screen.

  12. Enter Username and Password.

  13. Click Sign In.

The BQA process begins in the Scrapey Window.

Important: Do not close the Scrapey Window as this stops the process.

Once finished, the Scrapey Window closes.

Note: Occasionally an error message displays. Errors can be served due to internet connection problems, or issues with Mineral Titles Online. When errors occur, LandTracker automatically re-attempts the application, please do not click on anything or interrupt the process. If the application crashes or is stopped manually, the already created quick appraisals are skipped and the process picks up where it left off when restarted manually.

  14. Navigate to the folder location selected to browse the PDF's and Excel workbooks.
