Tenements

In the Tenements module, you can manage your tenements and their related data in a number of pre-defined and custom Views.

You are able to manually add, or import tenements and the available related data from the LandTrack Data Service. See Import Tenements From Data Service.

Non-Template Columns

In Data Grids, you can select to display, hide, reorder, filter and sort columns. The LandTrack Data Service includes some columns that are not included in sample tenement templates:

  • anniversaryDate—By default, rolls over 60 days after the anniversary of commencement. The default 60 cays can be altered in LandTracker settings.
  • approxAreaHa—Calculated by the data service to give an approximate conversion from the tenement's current area to hectares.
  • areaUnits—The units portion of area values from the mines department. For example, 35 HA shows as HA.
  • currentAreaValue—The numeric portion of the current area from the mines department. For example, 35 HA shows as 35.
  • exclusions—The Land Exclusions field from WA Mineral Titles Online (MTO).
  • extractDate—(WA tenements) The date that data in the LandTrack Data Service was last verified against MTO. For Live tenements, this is performed on a daily basis. It may be up to two weeks since a Dead tenement was checked.
  • isSurveyed—From the mines department. Indicates whether the tenement has been surveyed.
  • lastMTORent—Legacy field from MT Audit.
  • lastChangeDate—(WA tenements) The date that changed data about the tenement was received from MTO.
  • Locality—From the mines department.
  • nextMTORent—The Rental for Year End xx/xx/xxxx value shown under Rent Status in MTO.
  • nextMTOCommitment—The Current Year Commitment value shown under Expenditure Status in MTO.
  • surveyArea—From the mines department, if the tenement has been surveyed.
  • surveyDate—From the mines department, if the tenement has been surveyed.
  • tenementType—From the mines department.
  • Warnings—Legacy field from MT Audit.
  • Other fields that contain data but have been removed from your templates. If you have created a custom field and then removed it from the template without deleting its data first, it remains in the list until you display it and clear all data.
