Delete Despatch Orders

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to maintain despatch orders and Allow the user to delete despatch orders security rights in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Despatch Order Explorer.

   Note: You can also delete despatch orders via the Despatch Orders node or the Despatch Orders tab of a Quota node of a Sales Contract or Purchase Contract.

2. Find the despatch orders. See Find Despatch Orders.

   Note: Loaded or invoiced despatch order cannot be deleted. A parent despatch order cannot be deleted until the child despatch orders are removed or deleted. See Parent and Child Despatch Orders.

3. To delete an individual despatch order, right-click the despatch order in the Despatch Orders table and select Delete from the menu.
4. To delete multiple despatch orders:
   1. Check Selected for each despatch order to be deleted.
   2. Right-click one of the selected despatch orders and select Delete from the menu.
5. To delete all despatch orders matching the search criteria:
   1. Right-click in the Despatch Orders table and select Select All from the menu.

      All despatch orders with no child despatch orders, and all child despatch orders are selected.

   2. Right-click one of the selected despatch orders and select Delete from the menu.
6. Click Save.
