Create a QP Profile Report

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to edit the QPP Reports security right in the Intelligent Reporting domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the QP Profile Report Explorer.
  2. Perform one of the following steps:
    1. To create the QP Profile report without using a template, right-click in the QP Profile Reports field group and select New from the menu.
    2. To create the QP Profile report from a template, right-click in the QP Profile Reports field group and select New From Template » [Template] from the menu.

    The QP Profile Report displays.

  3. Update the Name if required.
  4. Select the Parameters tab.

  5. Complete or update the following fields as required.
    • From Date
    • To Date
    • Despatch Order UOM
    • Contract Types
  6. Complete or update the following fields as required to limit the applicability of the report.
    • Material Types
    • Products
    • Customers
    • End Users
    • Districts
    • Contract Basis Types
    • Contract Statuses
    • Despatch Order Statuses
  7. Specify applicable analytes if required. For contracts with product pricing, despatch orders and quotas are included if the analyte is the main analyte of the contract product. For contracts with analyte pricing, despatch orders and quotas are included if the analyte is a payable analyte in the applicable set of contract terms.
    1. Right-click in the Analytes table and select New » [Analyte Definition from the menu. Select from the analytes defined on the Quality panel of the Solution Explorer.
    2. Update the following fields as required.
      • Unit
      • Decimals
  8. Select the Content Type from By Payable Content and By Content.
  9. Select whether to Include Quotas.
  10. Select whether to Include Hedged Quantities.
  11. Click Save.

    Note: If the QP Profile Report status definition exists, the QP Profile report is assigned the initial status. This status definition controls whether the QP Profile report is editable and selectable. See Status Definitions.
