Activity Steps

  1. Open the Monitored Services screen.

    A summary of the status of each monitored service displays.

  2. To view more detail, click Show Detail for the service.

    Detailed information is available on the following tabs:

    • Error—The last 10 errors reported by a service since the service was started. Further information may be in the log files. The file names and paths of log files are specified in the relevant configuration files for each service. See the MineMarket Installation Guide for information about editing configuration files.
    • Metrics—Details of the metrics collected for the service's status. Each service has different metrics, which are listed below.
    • Environment—Details of the operating environment of the computer where the service is running.
    • Process—Details of the Windows service process.

MineMarket Data Mart Service Metrics

  • Uptime
  • Number Of Agents—The number of MineMarket Data Mart Agents that are connected to the MineMarket Data Mart Service. A single MineMarket Data Mart Agent is sufficient for everyday data loads. Multiple agents may be useful when the MineMarket Data Mart database is being first created.
  • Next Reconciliation Time—The reconciliation process checks the MineMarket Data Mart database for:
    • Missing data
    • Data that needs to be deleted
    • Data that has become out of date
  • Reconciliation Interval
  • Standard Queue—The number of jobs that are running and the number of jobs that are pending in the standard queue. The standard queue manages newly changed MineMarket data.
  • Reconciliation Queue—The number of jobs that are running and the number of jobs that are pending in the reconciliation queue.
  • Data Mart Database Status—Whether the table structure of the database is up to date, or the number of upgrade scripts that are pending. MineMarket upgrades the Data Mart database table structure automatically when MineMarket is upgraded and the MineMarket Data Mart Service is started.
