Find Transactions Using the Transaction Explorer

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Transaction Explorer.
  2. Enter the following search criteria as required.
    • Date Range—The date selector has the following options:
      • Month—Select a single month of a selected calendar year.
      • Quarter—Select a single quarter of a selected calendar year.
      • Year—Select a single calendar year.
      • Date Range—Specify any start and end date. Default: The three months prior to the current system date.
      • Today—Set the date range to the current date.
      • Clear—Ignore the date range as a search criterion.
    • Process Flow—Select from the process flows, waste process definitions and packing process flows defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer. Preselected if the Transaction Explorer was opened from a process flow.
    • Source Stockpile—Select from the stockpiles defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer. Only stockpiles that are open for at least part of the selected date range and applicable to any selected process flows display.
    • Destination Stockpile
  3. Select the Summary UOM in which to display the total mass of transactions. Select from the Mass units defined in the Unit Conversion Editor.
  4. Click Search or press F3.

Note: You can save search criteria as a search profile. Search profiles for the Transaction Explorer include all criteria except a selected Date Range. See Use Saved Search Profiles in MineMarket Explorers and Billboards.

  5. To view the quality of a transaction, select the transaction. The follow qualities display for each analyte if applicable data exists:
    • Current—The best available result of samples associated with the transaction. Example: If two samples are associated with the transaction, one with a Train loading-Rapid result type, and the other with a Train loading-Final result type, the result with the higher-order result type displays.
    • Result Type(s)—If samples are created for the transaction, a column exists for each sample template used to create a sample. The column heading is the result type associated with the sample template (for example, Final or Rapid).
    • Base—Analytical quality determined from the process flow, according to the Base Assumption of the Process Flow. Only applicable if no sample templates are associated with the process flow.
  6. To edit a transaction, right-click the transaction and select Edit from the menu.

If the transaction was a despatch loading or unloading transaction, the applicable despatch screen (Train, Truck Despatch, Service Trip or Shipment) displays. For a stockpile-to-stockpile transaction, or a transaction in a manual blend, the Transaction Editor displays.
