Roll Up Plans

This activity rolls up all plans that have not been excluded from plan roll-ups (not just the plan from which the roll-up is initiated). This activity is an alternative to waiting for the next plan roll-up, as scheduled via the Planning Options screen. See Specify Planning Server Settings.

Rolling up plans calculates the actual movements of the configured products or brands along the configured process flows and locations. This calculation is required to display actual values in the plan.

Security Note: Assuming you can view the plan, no specific security right is required for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Plan.
2. Click Roll Up Plans.

   A status message displays.

3. Click OK.
4. Click Save.

   A message below the Roll Up Plans button indicates that plans will be rolled up by the server. A status message in the bottom-left corner of the MineMarket interface indicates when the server has started the roll-up process. When the server is finished, a message in the Plan displays the completion time.

5. When the roll-up process is complete, click Refresh on the Application ribbon tab to display the latest data in the plan.
