Note: For Parent and Child Despatch Orders:

    • If a despatch order has been configured as a split parent despatch order (SPDO) and its assay exchange is not to be performed individually, only the SPDO displays, allowing the assay exchange (contract fulfilment) to be performed only in the SPDO. All of the child despatch orders (CDOs) will have the final analyte result.
    • If the assay exchange is to be performed individually, the SPDO and CDOs display, allowing the assay exchange to be performed per CDO. In this case, sample lots entered at the despatch level will be allocated to each CDO, in the order of how the CDOs have been allocated to the SPDO.
    • Aggregated parent despatch orders (APDOs) and their CDOs always display. The assay exchange is performed by CDO.
    • Consignment parent despatch orders (CPDOs) and their CDOs always display. The assay exchange is performed by CDO.
