Add a Charge Using a Contract Charge Template

Security Note: You need the Allow contract maintenance security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Sales Contract or Purchase Contract.
  2. Expand the required set of contract terms.
  3. Right-click the Contract Charges node or the node of the payable analyte and select New » Template Charges from the menu.

    The Select Contract Charge Template screen displays all contract charge templates.

  4. Select the contract charge template.
  5. Click Select.

    Note: An error message displays if you select a contract charge to add to a payable analyte or a payable analyte charge to add as a contract charge.

  6. Update the contract charge or payable analyte charge as required.
  7. Click Save.
