Synchronise Contract Product Specifications to Despatch Orders

Changes to contract product specifications do not automatically update the quota or despatch order specifications. However, changed contract product specifications can be synchronised to uninvoiced despatch orders.

This activity updates despatch orders that are in a quota as well as despatch orders not in a quota. You can also synchronise quota specifications to despatch orders. See Synchronise Quota Specifications to Despatch Orders.

The specifications of invoiced despatch orders can only be updated individually. See Edit Despatch Order Specifications.

Security Note: You need the Allow contract maintenance security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Sales Contract or Purchase Contract.
  2. Expand the Contract Products node.
  3. Select the node for the required contract product.
  4. Right-click in the Specifications table and select Sync Despatch Order Specifications from the menu.

    A message displays the status of the synchronisation.

  5. Click Save.
